Campers Only……

In recent years there have been more and more places made available for campers in towns, often close to the centre, sometimes (even often) less scenic, but very practical as a location. These are usually “campers only” due to the nature of the space and ability to manoevre. This may be done to satisfy demand, but also to stop campers from parking in places where they cause issues with space. The facilities vary enormously from simple parking in what is essentially a parking lot, to all facilities with showers, toilets, electricity, waste disposal, water, etc. Most are somewhere in between. Most campers are well geared up to survive a night or 2, without facilities. We will list our experiences by country below.
